The phone number that you have entered into Therabill for yourself as a billing provider is missing or is not valid. To edit your phone number, click Admin in the top navigation bar of Therabill. You will now be at your member information page. Click the Edit button at the top right of the member information to edit the information that you have on file. Specifically, make sure the phone number you have entered contains 10 digits. Remember to save your changes.
If you are on the error page in Therabill, you can click on the edit icon next to the billing provider (not the rendering provider) to edit your phone number.
