This payer seems to require that you enter their physical street address on the EDI claim. Most payers do not require this, however, some may use it for internal routing of the electronic claim.
How to fix
You will need to enter the payers physical street address on the insurance card in Therabill. If you are on on the EDI rejection page in Therabill, click the edit icon next to the client/patient name on the right hand side of the EDI rejection page. This will open up the edit client form. At the bottom right of the edit client form, you will see the insurance cards you have entered for this client. Click the edit icon associated with the insurance card this error came back from. You will now be on the edit insurance card form. At the bottom, you will see a menu item labeled Payor (Insurance Company) Address. Put your mouse over that menu item to expand it in to view. You will now see where you can enter the physical street address. Once you are done, click the Apply Edits button and then save the client.
You can now go back to the EDI rejection page and click the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the page to resubmit your claim with the new information.
