The payer is rejecting stating that the subscriber (the name you have entered on the insurance card in Therabill) has invalid characters (or is missing all together).
How to Fix
- Go to the edit client form for this client/patient.
- On the edit client form, click the edit icon for this insurance card.
- On the edit insurance card form, make sure the first (and last) name that you have entered does not contain invalid characters (e.g. symbols, parenthesis, etc..). If it does, remove them.
- Apply the edits to the insurance card and then save the client.
