The payer is stating that the Zip code you are sending is not a Zip code within the State that you are referencing on the claim for the billing provider.
There are several places within Therabill where you might have entered the billing provider information that went out on this claim. Below are the various places you might look.
- Default: By default, Therabill will send out the address that you have entered under Admin->Member Info as your billing provider information.
- Groups: If you have set up Groups and the rendering provider on this claim is a part of one of those groups, then you will want to check the group information for the billing provider address. You can find your groups under Provider->Groups in Therabill.
- Insurance Specific: If you have set up insurance company specific billing provider information for this insurance company, then you will want to check there for your address. This information can be found under Billing->Insurance List in Therabill.
