The payer is rejecting stating that there is an issue with the rendering providers NPI. You will want to check the rendering providers NPI that you have entered in Therabill. The NPI is entered on the add/edit provider form.
IMPORTANT: On the edit provider form, there is a tab at the top labeled Ins NPI. You may want to check there to make sure you have entered a different NPI to be sent on your claims to this payer.
