In order to ensure that no PHI is transmitted in help tickets and emails, Therabill requests that you only convey client information through the use of the client's record number, and refer to any of their DOS by using the session ID. Of course, in order to do that, you will want to know how to obtain this important information from your system. The steps needed will be shown below.
Client Record Number
Click Clients->Client List. This will take you to your client list. You will then need to select the Expanded view of the client list (see graphic to the right in blue). The Client Record Number will then be visible as the third line of information under the client's name (see graphic to the right in red).
When editing a session, you can find the session ID in the upper left corner of the Edit Session dialog (see graphic below).
