When a client is assigned to a specific provider, their chart will appear in the Client List in the Provider Portal, so it is imperative that clients are associated with the correct provider. The system tries to assign clients automatically, but they can also be assigned manually.
Note: A client can be associated with more than one provider.
Adding a Session
When the first session is added for a client, the rendering provider that is listed will receive the assignment.
If a provider has the Provider can enter/edit their clients permission, then a client will automatically be assigned to them when added to the system.
- Navigate to Providers > Provider List.
- Locate the desired provider and select the icon, followed by Manage Client List.
- You can add clients by selecting the arrow icon next to their name to move the client from the Available Clients column to the Current Clients column.
