Therabill allows you to enter each of your providers / therapists work hours. If you enter a providers work hours into Therabill then two things will happen. First, if you try to add a therapy session for that provider that is not within the therapists work hours, you will get a warning. Second, in the Availability View in your calendar, tiles will automatically be created during the hours that the therapist is not available. These tiles cover the time period when the therapist is not working.
NOTE: Therabill will not stop you from entering a therapy session that is not within the therapist work hours. However, you will get a warning when adding the session.
Entering Your Providers Work Hours
You enter your providers work hours from the edit provider form.

- Click the edit icon associated with the provider that you would like to set work hours for.
- The edit provider form will open up. On the lower right, you will see the form for entering the providers work hours (see image to the right).
What happens when I have work hours entered for a provider?
A couple of things will happen when you have work hours entered for a therapist.
Out of Office warnings when adding a therapy session.
If you try to add a therapy session for a therapist and you indicate either a start time or end time for the therapy session that is not within the therapists work hours, then you will get a warning when you try to save the session. This does not mean that you cannot add the session. Therabill will still allow you to add the therapy session, it will just warn you prior to adding the therapy session.
Availability View shows out of office tiles.
In Availability View in your calendar, hours that the therapist are not available due to the work hours that you have set will be blocked out by grey tiles (see image to the right).
