You can enter a provider's availability into the application to ensure proper scheduling for your clients.
Adding Work Hours
- Navigate to Providers > Provider List.
- Locate the desired provider select the corresponding icon.
- Enter the start and end times on the right-hand side of the window.
- Click Save & Edit.
After Adding Work Hours
If you enter a provider's Work Hours into the application, two things will happen:
- Time slots outside of the Work Hours will be grayed out on the calendar
- A warning will appear when trying to add a session outside of a provider's Work Hours
