You can attach a quick note to the client from within your client list. The quick note (or post it note) is not meant to be documentation. It is internal to your clinic.
NOTE: This is different than the post it note (quick note) on a session. The session post it note is entered on the add / edit session form and is associated with a specific therapy session (visit). The client post it note is not associated with a specific visit, instead, it is associated with the client/patient in general.
How to add a client post it note
You can add a post it note to a client from your client list. Click Clients in the top navigation bar to get to your client list. In your client list, find the client that you would like to enter a post it note on. If you have not already entered a post it note on the client, you will see the text Click here to add post it note associated with the client (see image to the right with red arrow). Once you click that text, a text area will appear (see image to the right with green arrow). Within the text area, start typing the note that you would like to add to this client. Once you are done, click the Save button underneath the text area. You have now added the post it note to the client.
How do I edit a post it note that I have added?
To edit a post it note that you have added to a client, go to your client list by clicking Clients in the top navigation bar of Therabill. Find the client within your client list. If you have already added a post it note, you will see the text of the post it note displayed (see image to the right with blue arrow). Click on the text to edit it. Once you click on the text, the text area will appear (with the post it note text already entered in the text area). Make any changes to the post it note and then click the Save button.
How do I delete a post it note that I have added?
Deleting a post it note is just a matter of editing the post it note and removing the text. Follow the instructions above for editing a post it note. Simple remove the text that you have entered and then click the Save button.
Where can I view post it notes that I have entered?
From your client list
You can always view the post it note from your client list. Simply find the client in your client list. The post it note that you have entered for that client will be displayed (see image above with blue arrow).
From your dashboard
Your dashboard has a display of scheduled sessions for a specified date. If the client associated with one of those sessions has a client post it note associated with them, then you will see an alert icon to the right of their name (see image to the right with blue arrow). If you put your mouse over that icon, the text of the post it note will be displayed to you.
From the client payment entry form
The post it note will be displayed at the top of the batch client payment entry form. This is convenient for creating small notes on the patient that you want to view when entering client payments. The post it note is displayed directly above the payment summary information row at the top (see image to the below, red arrow).
