What do we do about clients who no show or cancel? We keep getting an unconfirmed status and are concerned that if we confirm them it will appear as if they kept the appointment and if we delete them there will be no record of the appointment. Please advise...
The method we recommend to handle no-shows is to use Session Classes. A No Show session can be tracked using the same method for cancelled therapy sessions. You can create a session class called NOSHOW (you may name this anything you wish). Then, whenever a client does not show up for a session, you can edit the session class of the session to "NOSHOW".

When creating the session class, you can indicate that the session is "Insurance Not Billable" to prevent it from showing up for insurance invoicing you can also indicate that a session class is of type 'Cancelled / No Show'.
To create a session class:
- Click Schedule in the top blue navigation bar.
- Click Classes in the sub-navigation bar.
- On the Session Classes page, click the "Add Session Class" link at the top right.
