When you enter a payment in to Therabill, you have the option to create a payment receipt. This payment receipt is just meant to be a document that you can hand over to the person who gave you the payment, to show that they gave you a payment. If the client is wanting to see multiple payments covering multiple sessions, then really what they are asking for is a ledger statement. The ledger statement is a history of charges entered and payments received for a client.
How to create a ledger statement
To create a ledger statement, put your mouse over Billing in the top green navigation bar and then put your mouse over Bill Client in the sub-navigation bar. In the side navigation bar that appears, click on Ledger Statement.
You will now be at the ledger statement page. At the top left, enter the client name. At the top right, enter the date range that you want to look at (or that you want the ledger statement to cover). You will now see the ledger statement for that client. Click Print at the top right to print out the ledger statement.
