How do I create a receipt after I have posted the payment?
You can create a payment receipt at any time through the Search Payments page.:
- Click Payments in the top navigation bar.
- Click Search in the sub-navigation bar.
- in the Search Payments page, find the payment that you want to create a receipt for and click the Tools icon (screwdriver and wrench) associate with it.
- In the menu that opens, choose Create Receipt.
How can we create one receipt for a month's worth of services?
You can't create a receipt for an entire month's worth of payments, but you can create a statement for that month. To create a client statement:
- Click Billing in the top navigation bar.
- Click Bill Client in the sub-navigation bar.
- At the top left of the Client Statements page, enter the client name.
- Change the date range at the top right.
- Click Print at the top right.
