When you archive an ERA, Therabill will simply hide the ERA from you in your ERA filing cabinet. You can always view archived ERA by checking the Show archived ERA's in the filters on the ERA filing page. Archiving will not permanently delete the ERA, it will just hide it from view. If you need to delete the ERA, please see Permanently Delete an ERA in Therabill.
How to archive an ERA
- Go to your ERA filing cabinet. Put your mouse over Filing in the top navigation bar and then click on EOBS/ERA in the drop down menu.
- In your ERA filing cabinet, find the ERA that you would like to archive and click the archive icon associated with that ERA.
Once you archive the ERA, it will disappear from the list. The ERA is now archived.
How can I view archived ERA or unarchive ERA that I have archived?
In the filters at the top of the ERA filing page, you will see a checkbox labeled Show archived ERA's. If you put a check in the checkbox labeled Show archived ERA's, then all archived ERA's will be visible in your ERA filing. An archived ERA will be faded (opaque) and will not have the normal payment entry button. Instead of the normal payment entry buttons, there will be an unarchive icon and a permanently delete link
How can I unarchive an ERA that I previously archived?
Go to your ERA filing cabinet. At the top, put a check in the checkbox labeled Show archived ERA's. Now, use the filters to find the ERA that you want to unarchive. If the ERA is archived, then instead of the normal buttons for payment entry, you will see a link labeled permanently delete and the archive icon (which is actually an un-archive button if the ERA is already archived). Click the archive icon to un-archive the ERA.
