By default, Therabill will email your monthly invoice to the email address that you have on file for your Therabill account. This is the same address that Therabill will send other alerts to (i.e. electronic submission errors). You can have Therabill send your monthly invoice to a different e-mail address. Here is how to change this.
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar.
- You will now see your Therabill account information. About mid-way down, you will see your e-mail address. There is a link next to it labeled (manage). Click the manage link.
- A form will open up with three spots to enter email addresses. If you enter an email in the Invoice text box, then Therabill will send your monthly invoice to that email address instead of the main email address.
