When you receive an invoice from Therabill, normally, the address that you have entered under Admin in Therabill will be the address on your Therabill monthly invoice. However, Therabill does give you the option to change that address. If at any time you changed the "invoice to" address on your account, then the address you have under admin and the address that goes out on your Therabill monthly invoice will be different. From that point on, you will need to edit them separately.
How do I change the address that is displayed on my monthly Therabill invoice?
- Click Admin in the top green navigation bar of Therabill.
- At the top of your member information page, you will see a series of buttons. The button farthest to the right is labeled My Invoices. Click the Invoices button.
- You will now be at your invoices page. From this page, you can view all of your Therabill invoices. From this page, you can also change the address that Therabill puts at the top of your Therabill monthly invoice. To do this, click the Invoice To link at the top right of you invoice list.
- The address field will open up. Change the address to the address that you want go on your Therabill monthly invoice and then click the Save button.
