You can access any invoice you have received from Therabill (which do show payments posted) as well as all payments and adjustments for a specified date range. This can be very useful during tax time.
How to access past Therabill Invoices
In the top green navigation bar of Therabill, click on Admin and then in the sub-navigation bar, choose Member Info. At the top of the member information page, click the Invoices button. You will now see the page shown in the image to the right. At the top left of the page, you can enter a date range to help you find the invoice that you are looking for. You can also filter the type of entries that you see by using the check boxes to the right of the date range.
There are three different types of line items that show on the display along with the date that they were added. In the Type column you will see CHG for charges, ADJ for adjustments, and PMT for payments. There will be a brief description for the line item and an amount in the Add or Deduct column. There is also a Run Bal column that will give you your running balance over time.
Once you have found the invoice, you can click the PDF icon associated with that invoice to open it up and view it or print it out. The Amount shown for each invoice is the balance due on that invoice. It may not reflect any new charges from Therabill or payments that you have made to Therabill since the invoice was created.
