If you enter a recurring credit card, Therabill will attempt to process the card on the due date of your invoice. For more information about making payment to Therabill, please see: How can I make a payment to Therabill.
If you enter a recurring credit card after the due date, Therabill may attempt to run the transaction up to 5 days after your due date. Here are things to consider.
- If your account is inactive due to your invoice being due, then you may want to make a single payment to gain access to your account.
- You may want to make a single payment to make sure your bill for the month gets paid, especially if you entered your recurring credit card information after the due date of your invoice. Before you make a single payment, you may want to check your current running balance. You can check your current running balance by clicking the Invoices button at the top of your Member Info page and then printing a statement (not just viewing your last invoice). The statement that you print will show payment activity that may have taken place that is not reflected on your last invoice. To print a statement, click "Print Statement" at the top right of your member invoices. If your statement shows a balance due, then you may want to make a single payment.
