Follow these instructions for making a one time credit card payment to Therabill. If instead of making a one time credit card payment, you would rather set up a recurring credit card payment to pay your bill, please see: Set Up/Change Recurring Credit Card Payment.
Making a one time credit card payment to Therabill
Log in to your administrative account. The administrators account is the username and password that you created when you signed up for Therabill. Credit card payments can only be made from the account owner's log in.
While logged in as the account owner...
- Put your mouse over Admin in the top navigation bar of Therabill.
- Click on Member Info in the drop down menu.
You will now be at your Member info page. At the top of the Member Info page, you will see a series of buttons. One of the buttons is labeled One Time Payment (see image to the right, pointed to by red arrow). Click on the One Time Payment button.
You will now see a credit card information form, as shown in the image to the right. Fill in the credit card form with your credit card information and enter the amount that you would like to pay.
NOTE: Only check the option labeled Automatically charge this credit card on future dates if you would like Therabill to store the card information and automatically charge that card for your amount due on your invoice due date each month.
Once you have filled in the form, click the Make Payment button at the bottom of the form.
