Therabill has the functionality to help you create the Details portion (tab 2 on the spreadsheet) for your submission and allows you to continue to track payment of claims.
Adding the AZDDD payer
You will need to add an insurance card in order to have the option for billing to show up. You will want to add a card for payerID AZDDD. For more information on adding insurance cards, please see the following video: https://app.therabill.com/instructional/view_video.php?video_id=27
Creating the Insurance Claim
To create a claim when you are ready to bill out each month, go to Billing -> Bill Insurance. Once there, if you have payerID AZDDD in your insurance list, you will see a button for AZ DDD Billing. Click this button and you will see a listing of all clients and sessions that are ready to be billed to AZDDD. Select the rows you want to include on the claim and click Submit.
Reviewing the Custom Claim file
After you submit the claim, you will be able to download the CSV immediately. Alternatively, you can go to your Claim Filing Cabinet (Filing -> CMS-1500) and download the CSV from there.
