What is Client Statements?
Client Statements is a simple to use method for billing your patient. You simply choose a client, choose a date range and print the statement. Therabill will then create a session balance statement (as shown to the right) that you can send to your patient. FYI: The Therabill logo will not be shown on your statements, you can add your own logo to brand your statements to your clinic. If you have subscribed to the client portal add on in Therabill, you can post it to their client portal. Best of all, client statements are completely integrated with your Therabill schedule and insurance invoicing system. Adding a Custom Message to Your Client Statement
You can add your own custom message to your client statements. IMPORTANT: Custom messages are not patient specific, do not enter any personal patient information in the custom message. The custom message will go underneath the message All fees payable to.. (shown in the image to the right, circled in red). Maybe you want to give terms, or just say hello to your patients. It doesn't matter, you can add any message you want.
The custom message is added through the Settings on the client statement page.
- Click Billing in the top navigation bar of Therabill.
- Click Bill Client in the sub-navigation bar of Therabill.
- You will now be at the client statements page. At the top right of the client statements page, click the Settings link.
- You will now see the Client Statement Settings form (shown below, to the right).
