Check Status of Enrollment
Please contact the payer directly to check the status of your EDI/ERA enrollment. WebPT Therabill does not communicate with payers and will not be made aware of the status. If you have submitted all your paperwork to Madaket, please follow-up with the payer.
I am enrolled for EDI with Medicare, but I keep getting EDI rejections. What's going on?
If you have received EDI approval for Medicare, but are still getting EDI rejections, please contact email@example.com. We will work directly with the Availity to ensure that you are able to submit successfully.
Please try to have the payer resend files. If payer confirms the files were sent to Availity, please provide us with payer name, check date, check number and check amount.
If files are over 15 days old, please try to pull EOBs from provider portals and manually post.
I haven't received an email from Madaket with my enrollments yet. Where are they?
You should expect to see an email from Madaket within the next two weeks. This email will be sent to the Admin email address listed on your Therabill account. This enrollment email address cannot be changed.
Please check your SPAM folder. If you cannot locate them, please let us know. Once we have requested the enrollments, expect an email in 3 business days.
I am missing enrollment forms for payers that I have already been receiving ERAs from. What should I do?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue and include the payer's name.
Who should I contact when I have questions on filling out one of the forms that Madaket has sent me?
Please review the email and instruction guide sent from Madaket. The guide is detailed and even informs you when to leave specific fields blank. If it is a payer-specific question, you must contact the payer directly. You should never contact Madaket directly.
If you still have questions after reviewing the instruction guide and contacting the payer, please email email@example.com with your questions and be sure to include a copy of the enrollment form.
How do I enroll for EDI/ERA with Medicare?
Please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Payer Name
- Provider ID (i.e. PTAN, Medicaid Provider ID, Dept. of Labor Legacy Number)
Please note, you will need to provide a PTAN for each Medicare payer you submit to (i.e. Railroad Medicare, DMERC Medicare).

Important: You must log into your EDISS account to verify your approval. You will not receive a paper or email notification.

Insurance Card Mapping
Once you have received EDI approval, please contact us and provide:
- Payer Name
- Submitter ID (if applicable)
For insurances that do not require EDI approval, we will handle the mapping of those insurances at a later time.
