After the release on 5/20/21, there are a few things that need to be done to ensure that statements print correctly and fit in the # 10 dual window envelope.
Note: The statements will need to be folded into thirds to properly fit a #10 dual window envelope.
The steps you need to follow differ depending on whether or not you have a logo added to your Member Info page.
If you have a logo in Therabill:
- Navigate to Billing > Bill Client > Balance Statement.
- Click on Settings.
- You must include a value in fields Add Line 1 and Add Line 2 under Address. These fields cannot be blank. You can include information such as a phone or fax number, email, or any text.
- Choose Save Settings.
If you don't have a logo in Therabill:
- We've put together a blank logo in the correct size and format. Download and save it to your computer by clicking here.
- Navigate to Admin > Member Info.
- Above Member (Billing Provider) Information, click Change Logo.
- Click Choose File, and upload the blank logo file you downloaded in Step 1.
- Once you've uploaded the blank logo, navigate to Billing > Bill Client > Balance Statement.
- Click on Settings.

- Choose Save Settings.
